Scavenger Hunt Sunday!

It's Sunday again and time for another Scavenger Hunt. This week the items weren't too hard an hopefully I did good with my interpretations!

{First} Black and White - I was going to enter this for the I Heart Faces paper challenge but I went with another picture of my daughter. It didn't get picked, oh well....

{Two} I ate this - This is what we had for Thanksgiving dinner, yum! I cooked the whole meal.... for three people.........

{Three} Historic - This is a very old rut iron from the 1800's. It has a lot of historic value.... it had a lot of monitary value about 10 years ago, today, not so much (sob)

{Fourth} Off Center - This is a picture of my daughter while I was trying to get a picture of her for the paper challenge. She is off center or off her rocker or something..........

{Fifth} The End - Sorry but I HAD to use this picture. If you have delicate sensibilities then I apologize but I think it is rather funny and a true picture of the end! HAAAAAAAAAA! My cats bunger, as we like to call it!

Scavenger Hunt Sunday!

It's that time again and this time I actually had my pictures taken before Sunday morning! Ok, here they are:

1. The view above - I took this to mean the view from above, so this is a picture of a girl I photographed the other day. I was on my deck above her and she was looking up at me.

2. Something hot - I tried a few things and was not liking them. Did you know it's hard to take a picture of the inside of the toaster when it's toasting something, really it is. So I got my daughter to pose again, even though you can't tell it's her.

3. Something cold - I went with the obvious with this one.

4. Electronic - My husband cell phone. I was going to put it on white but I felt the junk all around it added more interest, or maybe I just didn't feel like getting the white background set up.

5. Sparkle - I had fun with this one. I love these ornaments, I took two out in my yard and hung them on a tree and took a ton of shots, I really like how it came out!

Well thats my items. To see more or play along head on over to http://ashleysisk.blogspot.com/

Liquify - Challenge!

This is a photoshop challenge to use the liquify tool in Photoshop. I use Paintshop Pro X2 which is basically the same thing, but better in opinion! It's called the warp tool in Paintshop. I can't believe I used a picture of myself, but I do like the way it came out!

Scavenger Hunt Sunday!

Sunday again! Man this always sneaks up one me. I almost didn't try it because I forgot to take my camera with me the other day to get a sign picture, so I ended up taking a picture of a sign that is in my house!

First - Self Portrait, oh how I love these..... NOT, that is why I am behind the camera!

Second - Handmade. This is a bracelet I made a few years ago. It was fun, I think I was into jewlery making for a whole week. Atleast my interest in photography hasn't wained!

Third - Orange. My daughter thinks her hair is orange... it does actually look red in this picture. Today we put on those paint on highlights. She was not too happy, now her hair has soft orange highlights, not the blond she was hoping for.

Fourth - Candle, nuff said.

Fifth - Here is my sign. It used to hang in our family room but my husband said it was an insult to him since he is a golf pro and a scratch player..... maybe I'll give it to my dad, it's more his style!

Thanks for looking! To see more or play along head on over to http://ashleysisk.blogspot.com/

I Heart Faces "Orange" photo challenge!

This weeks challenge over at I heart Faces is "Orange". This was a great choice since it's Fall for most of us. This is a picture of my daughter out in the woods behind our house. I had her toss some leaves in the air. I like the one right in front of her face, it creates a nice blur.
