Scavenger Hunt Sunday!

I missed last weeks hunt. I was in SC visiting my husband. We had to sleep on airbeds and we had no internet or tv, and I had a cold, so it was not very much fun!

Ok, on to this weeks items:

1. Capture the sky~ I thought I would try and get something interesting with clouds but we either had rain all week or clear skys so I went with this shot up a tree.

2. Everyday ~ Well everyday I do housework, which is not fun at all but it's something that must get done.

3. Furry ~ My big 20lb. cat Ben is VERY FURRY, and he leaves clumps of it all over my house, some in the shape of hairballs.... but we love him so much so we put up with it.

4. Life ~ I wasn't sure what to do for life so I went with the obvious signs of spring. A little bud that will hopefully be blooming very soon!

5. Blurred ~ My first attempt at free lensing! I have to say it is fun, i really want to try and get a portrait trying it.

Well thats it for my photos this week. To see more or play along, head on over to:

  1. Love your everyday shot. It's very appropriate for the prompt! The life shot is beautiful too. I just looked up free lensing. Love the effect. Your shot of the camera is really cool. I have a similar old camera that belonged to my dad.

  2. I love that cat. I am partial to gray cats. I wish I could take good pictures. Did you notice I have managed to start three sentences in a row with "I"?

  9. I really like how you achieved that blurred look - the term you used - free lensing is new to me. I took those photos after 5pm in the evening as it was alot darker - earlier in the day they were whiteout shots.
